Only 731 Pontiac Firebirds were produced in '74 with a Super Duty 455 engine and an automatic transmission. This example was delivered new to Key Inc. in Manhattan, Kansas with the following options: air conditioning, Safe-T-Track rear end, power brakes (disc front), Rally II wheels, AM radio with 8-track player, Soft-Ray tinted glass, formula steering wheel, wheel opening moldings, door edge guards, Rally gauges with tach and console. The car has been refinished in its original color of Ascot Silver and the original Red interior has been restored. In addition, the transmission has been upgraded to a performance-built 700R4 which is equipped with a overdrive switch (located next to the console shifter). Having been in the same collection for the past 18 years, this well cared for, 61,401 actual mile example is accompanied by PHS documentation and is in pristine condition.
