This 1955 Chevrolet 3100 custom pickup is powered by a new crate 572/620hp big-block V8 engine paired with a Tremec 6-speed manual transmission. The powertrain includes a high-flow induction setup, chrome headers feeding into a stainless dual exhaust system with electric cutouts, and the truck is supported by a posi-traction 3.73 rear end designed to handle the torque of the big-block engine. The chassis and suspension feature a fully hand-crafted custom-built frame engineered specifically for this project, a custom-built independent rear suspension providing modern drivability, reinforced mounting points, performance coilover components and high-performance Corvette disc brakes at all four corners for increased stopping capability. The truck rides on custom 20-inch wheels with new performance tires, and the underside reflects the same level of detail as the topside due to the complete three-year frame-off restoration in which every nut and bolt was disassembled, refinished, customized and reassembled to exacting standards. Exterior features include the custom Brandy Wine Candy Metallic paint applied to a fully prepped and smoothed body, halo headlights, Chevrolet bowtie-shaped front marker lights, signal lights, rear marker lights and brake lights, a custom-fabricated tailgate that is fully functional, smoothed body lines, and a completely custom bed floor constructed from Brazilian Cherry with polished hardware and trim. Interior features include hand-stitched Italian leather upholstery combining tan and Brandy tones, custom seats with power adjustment, matching custom door panels, a custom leather-wrapped headliner and console, tan carpet with custom-fit carpet floor mats, Dakota Digital gauges, a chrome tilt steering column, power windows, Vintage Air climate control, and a Kenwood stereo head unit paired with a JL tuning system, Focal amplifiers and speakers, and a custom-built subwoofer enclosure. Additional notable features include an electric push-button E-Stopp parking brake system.
