Vehicle description
This 1966 Chevrolet Nova is powered by a 648ci big-block Chevrolet engine with fuel injection, featuring gear-driven twin F1 ProChargers and a custom dual intake system. Hand-built stainless headers feed a full dual exhaust system, producing an estimated 1,200-1,400hp and 1,500 ft/lbs of torque. The transmission is built to handle up to 5,000hp. The car rides on a fully custom chassis equipped with 40-spline axles, a fully adjustable suspension and a custom-shortened rear end with a full tub and dual fuel pumps. Electric power steering provides precision control, while Baer front disc brakes and Wilwood rear discs offer high-performance stopping power. Additional engineering enhancements include a firewall pushed back 9 inches for clearance and race-ready fabrication throughout. The interior features custom two-tone upholstery wrapped around race bucket seats with a matching console, complemented by a digital gauge cluster and a ratchet-style lockout shifter.
