Vehicle description

This 1968 Chevrolet K10 custom short-bed pickup is powered by a Whipple 3.0 supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine with a 4L80 automatic transmission and NP241 transfer case. The engine bay is designed to cool and perform with a high-quality four-row radiator from Champion and a performance cooling system with 3600cf Spal cooling fans. Built by Drive Rodz & Resto, this truck received a full frame-off build, with the body stripped to bare metal and reworked before being finished in RM basecoat/clearcoat HyperBlue Metallic with white accents. The exterior is completed with all-new clear glass, Steele Rubber seals, chrome and side trim from LMC Truck. The chassis, finished in Satin Black, incorporates new brake lines, fuel lines and body bushings, and rides on 17-inch KMC KM549 wheels wrapped in 35-inch Toyo Open Country M/T tires. Suspension components include an BDS 4-inch lift, Fox Performance 2.5 elite coilovers sitting on a Chevrolet Performance chassis, and the underside is fully Raptor-lined and sound-deadened. Inside is a custom seat wrapped in Relicate leather and a full Vibe audio system. The dash houses Dakota Digital RTX gauges and a Gen 5 Vintage Air climate-control system. The bed is finished with Linex PRO in its Satin finish. There are GM 13-inch disc brakes all around, a custom stainless-steel tank from Rick's Tanks and a vapor works fuel system powered by Holley Terminator X Max.
