Celebrating our 65 year anniversary! This family owned and operated business was established in 1960, making us the oldest classic car dealership in America. Special thank you to all our customers for entrusting us to park the car of your dreams in your driveway while preserving automotive history for future generations to embrace and enjoy. -Grams family & Volo Museum staff Ready to rock 'n roll? This car will do it, it's a ground pounder! Meticulous restoration with a long list of upgrades. How about a 540 cubic inch V8 for starters? Think that will get your juices flowing? EXTERIOR: So slick! The Classic White paint was applied with great attention to detail then polished to a smooth and shiny finish. The black SS stripes are painted on smooth to the touch. Looking down the side of the laser straight body is satisfying with all the smooth contours and crisp lines. All the panels are nicely aligned with gaps that are well above average. The doors close easily with minimal effort. It's equipped with dual side mirrors and the bumpers have been rechromed. The headlights were upgraded to LED units and the taillights look to be good originals. It also has the correct polished cowbell style exhaust tips. The blacked-out front grill is a very nice addition, and the tall cowl induction hood really enhances the profile. It's rolling on staggered US Mags chrome wheels that are 18" up front and 20" in the back giving it the perfect stance. They are wrapped in radial tires. INTERIOR: Totally refurbished! The front bucket seats are reupholstered and recushioned. The rear bench was also reupholstered. The rear shelf, headliner, dash pad, rear view mirror, door panels, steering wheel, center console, shifter, climate controls, and carpeting have all been replaced. Aftermarket oil pressure and water temperature gauges were added to the a-pillar. The EFI and transmission controllers are easily accessible. There is also a Rockford Fosgate hidden stereo with steering wheel controls plus kick panel speakers with tweeters too. A switch for the electronic exhaust dumps is neatly mounted under the dash. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Holy cow! Under the hood is a Dart 540 cubic inch bad boy. It is topped off with a polished Holley Sniper EFI system, polished Dart high rise intake, and Dart Pro 1 aluminum heads. It's also equipped with air conditioning, power steering, and an upgraded Wilwood master cylinder. All the hoses and belts have been replaced plus the horns are hooked up. A large aluminum radiator with dual electric fans keeps everything running cool. The original cowl tag is still in place. The underside of the functioning cowl induction hood, fender wells, and firewall were all neatly painted white. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Beautifully finished! The underside of the trunk lid and jamb are neatly painted like the exterior. Inside is all boxed and carpeted with really cool removable panels that have quick release latches. Under the carpet and behind the panels has fresh spatter finish paint and Rhyno brand sound deadener. This is one of the cleanest trunks that I have seen! UNDERSIDE: Very nice! This has a QA1 front independent suspension with heavy duty tubular control arms and coilover adjustable gas shocks. Out back it has boxed control arms, lowering springs and gas shocks as well. There is also Wilwood drilled and slotted disc brakes at all four of the wheels plus the e-brake is hooked up. It has a custom exhaust with crossover pipe, Flowmaster mufflers, and the correct cowbell tips going out the back. The coolest part, it has electric dumps! The fuel tank was replaced. Looking up at the engine it is clean with a high torque starter. The 4L80e automatic overdrive transmission also looks good and has a fresh linkage. An aluminum drive shaft goes back to a 12 bolt posi rear end with a chrome cover. The floors appear to be very solid and neatly painted black. SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to work it. This is so we can sell you the best cars within reason. This Chevelle is a street beast! It's been thoroughly restored and upgraded with numerous performance parts that really enhance the driving experience. Purely awesome! For nearly 30 years, I, Jay Grams, have personally written the highlights for almost every car in our collection. What I provide is my professional opinion based on my experience with these vehicles. However, opinions can vary, and I strongly recommend a personal inspection to form your own view. Our sales team is always available to answer any questions you may have. One great option is to request a personalized walk-around video, where we can showcase the car and share our team's insights. **Our cars are displayed within a museum setting. If you are interested in a specific vehicle, please schedule an appointment with a salesperson to view it. Without an appointment, there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you decide to purchase a car, your admission will be refunded, and you'll receive a one-year museum membership. 815 385 3644 9-5 central [email protected] Answered ASAP Air conditioning Fuel injection Power steering 4 wheel disc brakes Exhaust dumps Trans controller 12 bolt rear end Bucket seats Center console Custom stereo Finished trunk 18" & 20" wheels Tinted glass Dual mirrors Cowl hood LED lights SS stripes
