Vehicle description
This1993 Mazda Miata LE (Limited Edition) is a rare, high-trim model of the first-generation NA Miata, distinguished by its unique brilliant black paint with a factory-exclusive red leather interior. Only 1,500 numbered units were sold in the United States, making it a sought-after collector's item. Out of that 1500 production, only 500 were produced with the matching factory hardtop. Making this a very rare car. Exterior: All 1993 LE models were finished in Brilliant Black paint and featured a factory front air dam, a subtle rear lip spoiler, and a lower rear skirt. Interior: The most notable feature was the deep, blood-red leather interior, which was unique to the 1993 LE in North America. This included red leather seats, red carpeting, red floor mats with "Miata" script, and red seat belts. Trim: Aluminum accents provided a retro feel, with polished aluminum speaker grilles, door sills, and panels on the kick-plates. Audio: The car came with the Sensory Sound System, a hi-fi audio system that included a CD player and speakers mounted in the headrests. The LE came standard with a sport-tuned suspension that upgraded handling over the base model. Engine: 1.6-liter DOHC inline-four engine producing 116 horsepower. Suspension: Bilstein dampers, stiffer springs, and revised sway bars were all factory equipment on the Limited Edition. Wheels and Tires: 14-inch Ultra light BBS aluminum wheels were standard. Drivetrain: A five-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential (LSD). Super clean and very original. Perfect soft top as well as correct hardtop, both included.
