In 1997 SLP - Street Legal Performance - produced only 47 Comp TAs to celebrate the twenty fifth anniversary of the BFGoodrich Comp tire line. Of the 47 special birds, only 17 were fitted with an automatic transmission. The Comps came with the Ram Air style hood, special wheels with BFG Comp TA tires, Bilstein sports suspension package, SLP exhaust, and special striping.
